Your VolunteerMatters subscription includes all hosting, maintenance, backups, encryption, and intrusion detection. This is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in our state-of-the-art data center.
Email and Telephone Support
Closerware provides product help desk support Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM EST. Knowledgeable support representatives are standing by to quickly respond to your inquiries. Our United States based support representatives are a part of a close team that has a vested interest in the success of the company and in the satisfaction of our customers. You may initiate a support request via email or telephone.
Online Training
Proper training is the key to successfully leveraging any system. We understand that many system administrators may be volunteers or over-taxed staff whose time is at a premium. This is why we offer bite-size training videos available throughout the system to quickly train people on the task they are looking to perform. We also offer more comprehensive online seminars that cover a wider curriculum. All online training is self-guided and can be performed at the user’s convenience. Lastly, we provide certification program for those wishing to make their knowledge of VolunteerMatters ‘official’.
