Standard and Pro Subscription Levels
VolunteerMatters is offered at two subscription levels: Standard and Pro. The standard version includes everything you would need to coordinate volunteer schedules, manage a database of contacts, communicate via bulk email and letter merges, and run reports on volunteering activity and contact and biographical information.

The Pro version includes everything the Standard version does AND adds membership management capabilities including the tracking of organizational requirements, committee placements, attendance scanning via bar-codes, and integration with QuickBooks for dues processing. Affordable Monthly Subscription
The monthly subscription is scaled based on the total number of contacts under management in your VolunteerMatters database. An active contact is an individual that has had more than three volunteer "transactions" within the last 90 days. A volunteer transaction includes signing up or withdrawing from a volunteer opportunity, logging into the volunteer extranet, updating of one's personal profile, etc. In general, our pricing model is designed to allow organizations like yours to increase and reduce license requirements to accommodate fluctuating volunteering needs. However, we also recognize the desire to maintain your entire database of contacts even if they aren't "active" so that you may call on them when the need is there. This is why we allow you to maintain a total database equal to three times your active contacts. For example, if you subscribe with 500 active contacts you can maintain a total database of up to 1,500 contact records (500 active, 1,000 inactive).
