*VolunteerMatters allows you to publish a secure online contact directory. Authenticated members will have searchable access to an online listing of your members, volunteers, or staff. The information that is displayed within the contact directory can be customized in several important ways.
An administrator decide exactly which records should be included in the online directory. For example, you may only list active volunteers, or you can choose to include any other types of contact records. Additionally, you can define which fields will be viewable in the online directory. The administrator may choose from any one of the contact, biographical and "custom fields" in your membership database.
Each contact also has individualized control over what information others may view about them. They have the opportunity to opt-out of any one of the fields in the directory.
