Each of your members can be given a unique username and password to manage their profile. Through our administrative tools, you can define exactly which fields a member may view in their profile. You may allow the viewing of any field that is contained in the membership database; including the "custom fields" you may add to the database at any time. You may also define whether or not the individual member has the right to "self-manage" those fields. For example, you may allow a member to view their addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and skills and interests, but only allow them to update their skills and interests.
The update is made to the database immediately and a log entry is made in the database for auditing purposes so you can easily tell who changed what information at what time. Users may also be given access to view their requirements, fulfillments, donations, dues payments, past volunteering, future sign-ups, and more via their "My Profile" page. This is an excellent vehicle for communicating goals, achievements, and commitments while also gathering and assuring accurate member information.
